Strength Evolution offers a variety of services. Please take the time to click on the links below to learn more about what I can do for you! Whether you are new to exercise and fitness, or an experienced individual, you can improve. I prefer to train small groups (2 to 4 people). Advantages of this for the consumer are cost and motivation. I train clients of all ages and experience levels. Prior to an exercise session, a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and a Health History Form must be on file. Depending on risk factors a physician clearance may be necessary. Fitness testing can be administered prior to your first training session so that a baseline can be established. Rates will vary depending on the number of sessions purchased, the length of the session, the amount of clients being trained, and the distance that is traveled. Do you want to be engaged in a challenging and fun workout with others. If so, a Boot Camp is for you! Currently I am in the process of making arrangements to have one set up at Lake of the Woods Community. Space is limited. Please contact me for more information. I am certified through the American Heart Association as a BLS instructor. If you require certification (or recertification) for your job I can provide you with a class to give you the tools to make a difference.
