Strength Evolution on Facebook

Hello, my name is John Stroffolino and I am the founder of Strength Evolution.  I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities.  My unique blend of education and experiences, coupled with my patience and understanding, foster an atmosphere of success.

The mission of Strength Evolution is to assist directly in the betterment of all individuals.  This includes their

fitness knowledge, skills, attitudes, and performance. Through proper training and guidance you can achieve

your individual goals for maximum health, well-being, and performance.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with concentrations in Exercise Physiology and

Gerontology from East Stroudsburg University.  While in attendance I was a four-year member and captain of

the Track and Field Team. The University of Delaware was my next step. It was here that I obtained my Master of Science degree in Physical Education with a focus in Exercise Physiology.  I have also taken additional graduate classes through the Kinesiology department at the University of Virginia and am currently pursuing my Ed.D. in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

As a fitness professional, I am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.).  I am also an American Heart Association BLS instructor.

My experiences are varied; I have experience in commercial-, corporate-, educational-, and hospital-based fitness facilities.  Aside from providing the services via Strength Evolution, I currently am an Assistant Professor of Health and Physical Education at Germanna Community College where I also serve as the Department Chair for the Health, Physical Education, and Health Technology Departments.  Additionally I am employed at Bucks County Community College as an online instructor in the Kinesiology and Sports Studies Department.
